Dos and Don'ts
- I pretty much am open to most designs, and I am ok with NSFW
- I am not best at Mecha and Furries, but I will try my best.
- I do not do custom designing unless stated.
NDA & Showcase
- Commissions may or may not be showcased on my webpage.
- If you have not debut, you may request for a delay in uploading the completed commission
- NDA available: 50% (for non-disclosures within 30 days from start date).
- NDA available: 100% (for non-disclosures more than 30 days from start date)
PAYMENTS
- Full Payment is required for any commission less than $100.VGEN fee of 5% will be included in the payments.
- Due to PP's recent changes, it will be my responsibility to keep personal details private and confidential.
- No names/addresses will be disclosed to the public at any time.
- Payment plans negotiable for orders $100 and above.
REVISIONS
- Major revisions may only be done at the drafting/sketch phase.
- After that, only minor color revisions or small corrections to outfit/features is allowed.
- If major revision(s) is/aer required, there might be additional cost of up to 100% of original price.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Turnaround time highly depends on the queue.
- If I am unable to make it due to unforeseen circumstances, I will update you a newer deadline, and refunds can be negotiated if I am unable to make it for a long duration.
- Please note that I am also working a 9 to 5 job and also a university student and streamer, hence I may not be able to reply immediately, but i will get back to you asap.
- Rush fees (queue priority) will be 100% of the price proposed.
USE
- Partial commercial rights are included in the price for all commissions. This refers to using commission as emotes (even if it's paid Tier emotes on Twitch) and also on stream use.
- Full commercial rights (for reselling and/or monetary profits like Merch or Advertisement or prints) will be +100% of the price of the commissioned product.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Please do not resell the commissioned product as your own.
- Always credit @yinghuwu as the artist.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will not be entertained when work has started.
- Please notify Yinghu if you are unable to continue with the commission, negotiations are available.
